ARC Glazing Ltd: bespoke aluminium glazing in Kent

ARC Glazing Ltd is an independent company based in Queenborough (Kent, United Kingdom) dedicated to the supply and installation of bespoke aluminium windows, doors and glazing solutions. The company works with both residential and commercial clients and operates in Kent, Surrey, London and nearby areas, according to its own presentation.

The company describes itself as a specialist in high-end new build projects and high-level renovations, although it also handles smaller commissions and extensions. It manages all project phases internally —survey, manufacture, installation and after-sales— without using subcontractors, as stated on its website.

Products and glazing solutions

ARC Glazing's catalogue covers a range of products for architectural enclosures and openings:

• Aluminium windows, including the slim-profile Cortizo Slimline 20 series.
• uPVC windows and doors.
• Sliding, bifold, internal and single or double doors.
• Curtain walling.
• Rooflights and lanterns.
• Smart window and door systems, with informative articles on their energy, security and acoustic performance.

The company publishes technical content on U-values, energy efficiency and comparisons between Smart and Origin systems, suggesting an approach focused on advising the client on performance choices.

Work process and guarantees

ARC Glazing presents itself as an installer registered with the CERTASS scheme, which means its work is independently assessed to comply with UK building regulations. The company offers a ten-year guarantee on all its installations and a design consultation service to adapt solutions to each client's style and budget.

The process begins with an initial consultation and a survey by its own surveyors, continues with manufacture and installation by in-house teams, and concludes with an after-sales service. The company has a showroom so that clients can see the products before deciding.

The website features a selection of completed projects, including housing developments and single-family home renovations. Some of the published cases are Forge Mews, Brenchley Fields, Hillstone Homes Development, Willow Crest, The Elms, Stonebrook, Salters Health Farm, Forge View, Bouldrewood, Birchfield House, Appleacres, Otium Lakes Development, Four Oaks Development, Kingsland High, Chimney Farm, Mewstone, Broad Oak, Barn Hill Farm House, Court Barn Farm, Goodwin, The Cow Barn and Pinemore.
