Shipping and logistics

For orders within the UK, shipments are made via Royal Mail (up to 2 kg) or Parcelforce/UPS (2 kg or more), typically arriving within 24 hours from dispatch, not including production time, which is a minimum of 24 hours for domed products after final design approval. Small orders are normally sent by Royal Mail standard service, while larger ones use a signed-for delivery system. Guaranteed next-day delivery is available on all orders.

For international shipments, Royal Mail (up to 2 kg) or ParcelForce Worldwide/independent carrier (2 kg or more) are used, with usual arrival in 3-5 working days, not including production time. The company provides full customs documentation and, for EU countries, products manufactured by Dash Dynamics are made entirely from UK-sourced materials, making them eligible for preferential origin (zero tariffs). In the case of the EU, only local VAT applies. For the rest of the world, shipments are mainly sent by air and the customer is responsible for paying customs duties and local VAT.

Terms of business
