The Estuary Riverside Chalets is a self-catering holiday accommodation complex located on the outskirts of the village of Hambleton, in Lancashire (United Kingdom). Two chalets: Blackberry and Bramble

The complex has two properties, named Blackberry and Bramble. Both are single-storey, bungalow-style, and each has three spacious bedrooms sleeping six people, an en-suite wet room and a separate shower room. The lounge, dining and kitchen area is open plan and opens onto a large enclosed wooden decking area, pet and child friendly, with views over the River Wyre.

Each chalet includes two parking spaces and access to an 11 kW electric vehicle charging point with two sockets, pay-as-you-go.

Technology and accessibility

The properties include smart TVs, fast 5G wifi, motorised voice-activated blinds, underfloor heating, induction hob and pop-up electric sockets with wireless charging.

Accessibility is one of the project's cornerstones: ramp access and wide doors, both internal and external, allow use by wheelchair users and prams. The company also offers a range of equipment available for your stay, from a travel cot or shower chair to larger items such as a profiling bed and hoist.

Surroundings and location

The chalets are set in a 10-acre field where over 1,800 trees have been planted since 2020, contributing to the tranquil character of the surroundings. The village of Hambleton is within walking distance and has shops, a pub and a takeaway. The complex is 9 miles from the popular seaside resort of Blackpool and less than an hour's drive from the Lake District.
