Neox Computers

Neox Computers, manufacturer of custom SFF computers

Neox Computers presents itself as a manufacturer of high-performance custom computers in small form factor (SFF). The company operates through its online store, where customers can configure a custom machine for gaming or professional work using an advanced configurator. Its catalogue is organised around this dual focus: gaming machines and workstations.

The company trades under the name Neox Computers and operates legally as Nano Computers Limited, with company registration number CRN 14292345 and VAT number GB460328018 13. Its headquarters are located in Poole, in the county of Dorset (United Kingdom).

Configurator and product lines

The online configurator is the central tool of the offering: it allows users to define the specifications of the machine and adjust the configuration to each user's needs. Alongside it, the company structures its range into several lines:

• Neox Metal: a line aimed at demanding workloads.
• Precision AI Workstations: workstations presented by the company as high-performance machines for artificial intelligence computing.
• Accessories: add-ons sold alongside the machines.

Components and available hardware

In addition to complete machines, the store offers components and hardware for SFF builds. The catalogue includes cooling (CPU coolers and fans), custom cables, graphics cards, DDR5 and DDR4 memory, server memory, AMD and Intel desktop and workstation processors, storage solutions (SSDs, NVMe drives and hard drives), power supplies and display and power cables, computer tools and transport solutions for ITX machines. It also lists reconfigured or refurbished computers and Apple Mac Studio machines with M-series Ultra chips, aimed at artificial intelligence and video.

Sales and after-sales services

The website includes dedicated sections for support, contact, returns, shipping and warranty, as well as a section for selling machines to the company. The company states that it ships worldwide and offers a country and currency selector to adapt content and purchasing to different regions, with prices shown in pounds sterling, euros, dollars and other currencies.

Editorial content and community

Neox Computers maintains a blog with its own content, under the name Neox Insights, covering topics such as local artificial intelligence, the SFF sector and other technical matters. The company also has an email newsletter to share news.
