Coastal Automotive, used car sales in Poole

Coastal Automotive is a second-hand car dealership based at Discovery Court in the British town of Poole (Dorset). Its activity focuses on selling used vehicles from mainstream brands and buying the customer's own car, so that they can part exchange it when purchasing another and thus make it easier to renew or replace their vehicle.

Available makes and models

The company's catalogue is organised by make and model, with filters for price, transmission and fuel. Among the makes that the site declares to have in stock are Dacia, Ford, Kia, Mazda, Toyota and Vauxhall.

The vehicles listed at the time of analysis included, among others, a Vauxhall Corsa SE, a Ford Fiesta Zetec, a Dacia Sandero Ambiance, a Vauxhall Corsa Excite AC, two Toyota Yaris (VVT-i TR and VVT-i T Spirit), a Mazda 2 Tamura, a Kia Sportage CRDi 3, a Vauxhall Corsa Exclusiv AC CDTi Ecoflex S/S and a Ford Galaxy Titanium EcoBlue. Vehicle buying and valuation

In addition to selling, the company buys used cars from private individuals. This buying route is presented as a way to speed up changing vehicle, since the customer can hand over their current car in the same process of acquiring another.

Coastal Automotive states that it offers a three-month warranty on all its cars and that it is part of the AA Cars Standards programme. The company also has a standards section on its website, where it details the conditions applied to the vehicles it sells.
