EcoHeat Boilers: condensing boiler installation in the UK

EcoHeat Boilers is a British company dedicated to condensing boiler installation, founded by Jordan and Aaron. Both have extensive experience in boiler fitting and servicing, gained after long stints with some of the UK's biggest installation companies. The firm presents itself as a provider of "next generation" boilers that are eco-friendly and cost-efficient, and states that its customers can rely on it.

Origins and service approach

According to the company's own information, its creation was a response to problems identified in the industry: misleading manufacturer warranties, poor communication and unclear booking schedules. While working for others, the founders felt that most of these issues were beyond their control, so they decided to create EcoHeat to manage them directly and offer a complete service that, in their presentation, they describe as five-star.

Purchase and installation process

The company's quote system works through a quote engine that adjusts recommendations as the user answers each question, with the aim of suggesting the most suitable boilers for each home. Once the equipment is selected, the customer can choose the installation date; if the order is placed before 15:00, the website indicates that next-day installation may be possible, always subject to availability. After completing the order, the customer is asked to upload several images of their current boiler so that the team can assess the job and order the correct materials. The result is a fixed price.

Range and payment methods

The company sells a range of boilers, accessible from its "Our Boiler Range" section, and offers warranties on them. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card, finance and cash.
