Wheatley Car Centre

Wheatley Car Centre, used car sales and servicing in Oxfordshire

Wheatley Car Centre is a family-run business dedicated to selling used cars and vans, operating under Highfield Motors Ltd. The company states it has been active in the motor trade since 1973 and brings together two sites: Wheatley Car Centre, which has served customers in Wheatley since the early 1980s, and Sturdys Castle Car Centre, established in 1995.

Between both branches, the dealership says it has a selection of over 180 quality used cars, with options ranging from economical small cars and family vehicles to larger, more prestigious models, including 4x4s, convertibles and MPVs. The company says it hand-picks its vehicles to meet criteria of quality, reliability and value for money.

Vehicles and workshop services

The catalogue includes used cars and vans, with search tools by make, model, body style, cash price or monthly payment. In addition to sales, the company provides aftersales and maintenance services: servicing, MOT, repairs, diagnostics and air conditioning.

Finance, warranty and protection

Wheatley Car Centre offers finance through a panel of lenders and acts as a credit broker, not a lender. The company operates as an appointed representative of Automotive Compliance Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 497010). It also sells protection products such as warranty, GAP insurance and GardX Graphene protection treatments.

Its activity is split between Wheatley Car Centre, at London Road, Wheatley (Oxford), and Sturdys Castle Car Centre, at Banbury Road (A4260), Tackley, Kidlington. Both sites have their own sales and workshop teams, and the company allows visits to be arranged by appointment.
