eDecks

eDecks, online supplier of decking and garden and roofing materials

eDecks is a British online retailer that sells decking, timber and a wide range of garden and roofing products. The company presents itself as a Yorkshire family business with more than twenty years of activity that has extended its operation to the whole of the United Kingdom. Its catalogue is aimed at both DIY enthusiasts and professionals and institutional buyers.

Decking and handrail systems

The main focus of the offer is decking and its accessories. The store distributes softwood and hardwood decking, anti-slip decking, deck kits and composite products, including the Evolution Deck range and the EVA-LAST Rapid Rail composite handrail system, available in starter and extension kits. It also offers Clearview glass handrails and composite handrails.

Garden structures and outdoor furniture

The catalogue includes pergolas and gazebos, such as the Atlas Classic model in kit form for self-assembly, as well as garden buildings, storage sheds — including a triple bin store — and BBQ shelters such as the Grillhouse BBQ Shelter and the Meze BBQ Shelter Deluxe. It is completed with artificial grass, fencing and gates, paving, bricks and aggregates, paints and stains, fixings and ironmongery, tools and personal protective equipment.

Roofing products

The company has a specific section for roofing, with corrugated bitumen, PVC and metal sheets, box profile metal sheets, shingles, felt, polycarbonate and glazing, insulation, timbers and cladding, guttering and drainage, fascias and soffits. Featured references include Onduline sheets, treated red cedar shingles, Innoline and AeroTile lightweight tile-effect sheets, and Clickfit mounting solutions for polycarbonate.

Delivery, finance and customer service

eDecks offers free 48-hour delivery to most areas of the UK for orders over £250. The company has a 30-day credit account service with online application, aimed at schools, colleges, universities, local authorities and other organisations, and offers the possibility to request a sales callback. The store also publishes a blog, FAQs, downloadable assembly instructions and an order tracking system.
