My WoodShop

My WoodShop, kiln-dried firewood and materials for the home and stable

My WoodShop is an online store with a British domain that sells firewood, horse bedding and building materials. Its catalogue is organised around kiln-dried hardwood logs, presented in different formats and species, alongside a specific line of animal care products and another of materials such as fence posts and rough sawn timber.

Firewood formats and species

The firewood is offered in four main formats: medium crates, dumpy bags, barrow bags and net bags with kindling. The species available include alder, ash, birch, oak and a mix. The catalogue shows indicative prices ranging from £4 for a pack of kindling to £325 for the medium crates of ash and oak, with dumpy bags between £145 and £178 and barrow bags between £73 and £85.

Products for the stable and garden

In addition to firewood, the store sells animal bedding, with shavings and sawdust among its references. The catalogue also includes briquettes, wood pellets, fence posts and rough sawn timber, which extends its offer beyond fuel for domestic heating.

Wholesale orders and delivery

My WoodShop has a specific section for wholesale and bulk orders. The company advertises free home delivery and publishes a map with its delivery area; according to the site, customers located just outside that shaded area can check delivery options in advance before placing an order.

Presence in local shops

The brand's firewood and kindling are also available at two garden centres: Brechin Garden Centre and Raemoir Garden Centre, which offers a physical point of purchase in addition to the online channel.

Customer service

The site has two separate phone lines, one for sales and one for deliveries, and offers an email contact form for each. The company also maintains a Trustpilot page where it collects customer reviews.
