Xbox and PlayStation 5 Controller Repair in Oldham

Controller Wizard UK is a British service dedicated exclusively to repairing Xbox and PlayStation 5 controllers. It operates from an address in Royton, Oldham (Greater Manchester), and works via postal shipping: the customer sends in their controller and receives it back repaired, with tracked and recorded return shipping included in the quoted price.

Faults it repairs

The workshop lists the problems it regularly handles:

• Stick drift (unwanted joystick movement).
• Unresponsive RB/LB/RT/L1/R1/L2/R2 buttons.
• Snapped thumbsticks.
• Faulty buttons.
• Rumble motor issues.
• Light mods.

How the service works

The process has three steps: the customer sends the controller using a budget-friendly shipping option, the workshop repairs it and returns it with tracked and recorded return shipping and a tracking number. The cost of return shipping is included in the quote. At the time of analysis, the website indicated approximate costs for outbound shipping: Yodel £3, Evri £3.16 and Royal Mail Tracked (under 1 kg) £3.95.

Discounts and value proposition

The service offers discounts for those sending multiple controllers at once. Its sales pitch is to repair the existing controller instead of buying a new one, restoring it to a like-new condition for a fraction of the cost of a new controller. Every repair includes tracked return shipping.

Contact and quotes

The workshop handles enquiries and quote requests by email, phone, text message or WhatsApp. It has a web form asking for name, email, mobile phone and town/city or postcode. The website also links to customer reviews published on Trustpilot and Facebook.
