Head2Bed

Head2Bed, European designer bedroom furniture in the UK

Head2Bed is an online bedroom furniture emporium operating from Nottingham and distributing throughout the UK. Since 2009 it has worked with European manufacturers to offer beds, wardrobes, mattresses and complementary furniture, with designs aimed at different spaces, tastes and budgets. The company presents itself as a business without a traditional store network, which allows it to focus on price and on delivery and assembly service.

Bed catalogue

The bed range covers modern, contemporary, solid wood, upholstered, genuine leather, high gloss, floating and storage models. It also includes Italian designs, beds with wall panels and leather headboards, box spring systems, guest beds and children's beds. They are available in single, small double, UK double, Euro double, UK king, Euro king, super king and emperor sizes, among others.

Wardrobes and storage solutions

The wardrobe catalogue includes sliding and hinged doors, with mirror, glass and contemporary finishes. They are organised by widths ranging from 100 cm to 400 cm and by heights of 197 cm, 216 cm and 236 cm. The company notes that sliding door wardrobes are useful when space is limited, while hinged door wardrobes provide full access to the interior.

Mattresses and complementary furniture

Head2Bed sells pocket sprung, memory foam, foam and latex mattresses, designed for different sleep preferences. Complementary furniture includes bedside tables, chests of drawers, benches and stools, dressboys, home office desks, lighting and under-bed storage. These pieces can be purchased separately or as a complement to a bed or wardrobe.

European manufacturers

The company works with a selection of European manufacturers, including Hasena, Stylform, Guardia, Veneran, Quarrata Qualità and Yatsan. Hasena is a Swiss brand known for its contemporary beds and bedroom furniture, with options from solid wood to genuine leather. Stylform provides modern German bedroom furniture, including sliding and hinged wardrobes. Guardia manufactures in Spain, while Veneran offers Italian-designed beds, wardrobes and bedroom furniture. The range is completed with genuine leather beds from Quarrata Qualità and mattresses and bedroom products from Yatsan.

Delivery, installation and finance services

Head2Bed offers free delivery to UK mainland on orders over £500, with some exceptions. For orders over £599, installation is free and includes a two-person delivery service that takes the furniture to the room of your choice, unpacks and assembles it, and removes the packaging. The company also has 0% interest finance to spread the cost. The site indicated a promotion of 20% off wardrobe accessories with the purchase of a wardrobe, automatically applied at checkout, valid only for wardrobes over £1,500 and with an end date of 16 October 2026.

Private showroom in Nottingham

Head2Bed does not have a traditional store network, but it has set up a private showroom in Nottingham, near the M1 motorway, which can be visited by appointment. The company also publishes a blog with ideas on modern bedroom furniture, in which it recommends starting by choosing the right-sized bed and then adding a practical wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest of drawers according to the available space.
