GLANtech Solar

GLANtech Solar, solar installations for homes in Norwich

GLANtech Solar is a renewable energy company based in Norwich that designs and installs solar PV systems, battery storage and electric vehicle chargers. Its stated coverage area spans Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, and its work is aimed at homes looking to reduce their electricity bills, gain energy independence and adopt more sustainable consumption.

Technical services for the home

The company structures its offering around three main lines:

• Solar panels: design and installation of bespoke solar PV systems, sized to each home's roof and consumption, using panels from recognised manufacturers in the sector.
• Battery storage: systems that store the energy generated by the panels and use it when it is most needed, reducing reliance on the grid.
• EV charging: installation of smart home chargers that work alongside the solar system to keep running costs low.

The company also offers renewable energy consulting, with clear explanations of what a solar installation can realistically deliver for each home, with no obligation.

Integration and project management

GLANtech Solar coordinates every stage of the installation in-house, from the initial consultation and system design through to final certification and handover to the customer. The company states that it has twenty years of experience in the renewable energy sector and applies that knowledge to every project it carries out in East Anglia.

Commercial approach and stated guarantees

The company states its commitment to offering competitive pricing, matching or beating comparable solar quotes without compromising on quality or performance. Its presentation highlights open communication, technical excellence and lasting customer trust as its guiding values, as well as the ongoing adoption of new technologies and installation methods.

Customer reviews

The site includes customer testimonials published on Google that consistently mention the clarity of the initial consultation, the absence of sales pressure, the punctuality and tidiness of the installation teams and the strong subsequent performance of the system. Several of these testimonials mention Ash and Gary by name, the latter identified as the owner of the company, and highlight their availability to answer questions after installation. One of the reviews notes that GLANtech is a newly established business and that, despite this, it delivered exactly what was promised in terms of timescales and conditions.
