abbotFox, estate agents in Norfolk and Suffolk

abbotFox is an estate agency operating in the English counties of Norfolk and Suffolk since 2012. Its head office is at Kingsley House, 2a Upper King Street, Norwich. The firm presents itself as a team with over 70 years of combined experience in the property market across both areas and states that it carries out hundreds of valuations a month across all sectors.

Property sales and lettings

The agency's main activity covers residential sales and lettings. On the sales side, the company states that, on average, 46% of its sales are agreed through proactive marketing and that 99% are agreed at the asking price. In lettings, it has its own team which, it says, has won the British Property Lettings award for two consecutive years.

The website organises its offering into several sections: properties for sale, properties to let, free valuation, buying, selling, mortgages, landlords, tenants, land and new homes, and a service called Bespoke.

Valuations and financial services

The agency offers valuations both for owners who are selling and for those who are letting, with the aim of determining the property's value in the current market. It also has a free instant online valuation tool.

abbotFox's team of financial advisers guides clients through the mortgage and insurance market in order to find the most suitable deal. The website also mentions Norfolk Mortgages as its in-house mortgage broker.

Bespoke and property investment

Bespoke is a private office within abbotFox dedicated to the sale and letting of exclusive and prestigious properties in the region. In addition, the agency has a team of property investment experts who handle first-time buyer projects, buy-to-let purchases and building plots.

Norwich office
