Cosy Carpets

Norfolk carpets and flooring with a showroom at your door

Cosy Carpets is a carpet and flooring specialist operating in Norfolk (UK) with an unusual sales model: instead of waiting for customers to come to a showroom, it brings the showroom to their home. The company takes carpet, vinyl and LVT samples to the customer's home so the choice can be made in the actual space, with the real light and furniture of each room.

The service is structured in three steps: booking a free home visit, presenting samples and measuring during that same visit, and fitting afterwards by the company. The site sums up the process as visit and measure on day one and fitting on day two.

Range: carpet, vinyl and LVT

The offer is organised into three main product families, with hundreds of carpet lines and starting prices published at the time of analysis:

• Carpets from £9.99/m², with the subcategories Saxony, Twist, Loop and Natural.
• Vinyl from £14.99/m², presented as a practical, affordable and decorative option for refreshing any room.
• LVT from £29.99/m², with finishes that imitate wood or natural stone and require little maintenance.

The range also includes remnants and a gallery of completed work.

Finance and quotes

The company offers free, no-obligation quotes. For payment, the site announces the option to spread the cost with Klarna in three interest-free instalments.

Two showrooms and a mobile showroom

As well as the home visit service, Cosy Carpets has two physical showrooms, in North Walsham and Thetford, and mobile showrooms operating in Norwich and the surrounding area. The company states it has more than 25 years of experience in the carpet and flooring sector, a track record it presents as the origin of its commitment to a more convenient buying process.

Reviews and informative activity

The site shows a rating of 4.5 out of 5 on Google based on 199 reviews, with testimonials highlighting the help with choosing the product, punctuality at the measuring stage and the absence of sales pressure. The company also runs a blog with articles on choosing carpet for busy families, guides to home consultations in Norfolk and comparisons between carpet and LVT for living rooms. It also posts job vacancies to add staff to its team.
