About Boundless

Boundless, membership club for UK public sector employees

Boundless is a membership club aimed at people who work or have worked in the UK public sector and civil service. The organisation presents itself as a member-owned club and offers access to discounts and benefits on experiences, events, leisure and everyday goods. Its offering is structured around two annual subscription tiers: Boundless Membership and Boundless Plus Membership.

Who can join

Membership is open to current and former employees of publicly funded organisations, including civil service departments and people working under private sector contracts for those entities. The club lists among its eligible groups civil servants, teaching and education staff, NHS healthcare staff, public sector and government employees, armed forces and military personnel, retirees and emergency services.

Benefits included in membership

Boundless membership includes unlimited access to Kew Gardens and Wakehurst, unlimited admission to the nine Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT) centres across the UK, and instant access to Kids Pass and tastecard, the latter including Coffee Club. The company values the instant benefits of Boundless Plus at up to £760 a year, calculated from the combination of comparable memberships.

The Boundless Plus tier adds free access to the National Art Pass, unlimited entry to all Historic Royal Palaces sites — including the Tower of London —, instant access to Ramblers membership, free roadside assistance and local breakdown recovery, and unlimited entry to all National Trust for Scotland places.

Discounts on leisure, shopping, dining and travel

The club offers discounts on family days out at the Tower of London, theme parks, zoos and attractions nationwide. In shopping, it includes discounts at supermarkets and everyday brands such as IKEA, Apple and Currys. In dining, it offers 2-for-1 promotions at Pizza Express and Prezzo, plus savings at coffee chains such as Costa and Caffè Nero. In travel, it includes offers on Boundless Breaks stays and discounts on ferries, car hire and travel insurance.

Pricing and how the subscription works

The club sells two tiers: Boundless Membership, with a fee of £45 a year, and Boundless Plus Membership, with a fee of £78 a year and additional benefits giving access to more attractions and services. The sign-up process involves choosing the membership type, completing the form and making payment, and then activating the account to start using the discounts.

Gift membership and member events

Boundless allows you to gift membership to someone else, with free and discounted access to family attractions, heritage sites and days out throughout the year. The organisation also mentions exclusive events and experiences for members, as well as a community focused on improving the leisure time of those who serve the public.

Contact and member support

Phone support is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 17:00, and the organisation provides an email address for enquiries. Boundless by CSMA acts as an intermediary and introducer to Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company Limited for roadside assistance and general insurance; Britannia Rescue is a trading name of Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company Limited, part of the Allianz Group.
