Buying process and lead times

The process proposed by the company consists of three steps: measure your windows following the guides provided, choose from the wide selection of fabrics and place your order. The company states that the standard production lead time is currently 4 to 5 weeks, although there is an express service option called Fasttrack that allows you to receive your order in as little as 10 days. UK delivery costs £12.95 and is free for orders over £750.

In addition to curtains, the company makes Roman blinds, roller blinds, cushions, box seat covers, valances, headboards, voile curtains, canopies, duvet covers, pyjama bags, door stops, lamp shades, ceiling light shades, tablecloths, shoe storage, tie backs, curtain holdbacks, tracks and poles. Handmade craftsmanship and guarantee

All production is done by hand in the UK. The company ensures that its seamstresses pattern-match when a job requires joining two or more pieces of fabric, so that the design flows continuously; if several pairs of curtains are ordered with the same drop, pattern matching is automatically applied to all of them. Made-to-measure products come with a five-year guarantee, subject to conditions: they must be used for their intended purpose, must not have been altered by third parties, must be for indoor use, must follow the care and installation instructions, and must not be exposed to the elements. The guarantee excludes normal wear and tear, fading after twelve months and any washing. Roman blind track systems have a twelve-month guarantee.

Advice and after-sales service
