Gustharts

Gustharts has supplied equipment for arborists, professional climbers, landscaping businesses, and home users for more than four decades. Founded in 1983, the company combines a specialist shop with an online store and a location at Milkhope Centre north of Newcastle upon Tyne. Its selection serves people who work in trees and forests every day as well as those looking for machinery or tools to maintain gardens and land.

The arborist catalog brings together climbing and rigging ropes, harnesses, carabiners, pulleys, descenders, slings, friction devices, throwlines, and rescue equipment. The store sells both kits and individual components for building or replacing a work-at-height setup. Also available are pruning tools, hand and pole saws, shears, loppers, felling wedges, and accessories for marking, measuring, and moving timber.

Personal protective equipment is a major category, including work and climbing helmets, chainsaw pants and jackets, boots, gloves, hearing and eye protection, and clothing for different working conditions. The range lets customers compare apparel by task and by the protection level specified by its manufacturer. Gustharts also stocks equipment-care products and consumables, from chainsaw chains and guide bars to lubricants, trimmer line, and maintenance accessories.

As an authorized STIHL dealer, Gustharts offers chainsaws, pole pruners, hedge trimmers, brush cutters, lawn mowers, blowers, vacuums, shredders, pressure washers, battery systems, and genuine replacement parts. The catalog includes professional machines and tools for home gardens, so shoppers can focus on the job, power source, and compatible accessories. The business also carries specialist climbing and protective brands including Petzl, DMM, Arbortec, Pfanner, Protos, Stein, and Teufelberger.

Specialist help is part of the in-store offering. Gustharts provides advice on harnesses and climbing gear and describes an in-store practice structure that lets customers adjust and assess equipment before buying. The company recommends contacting the store ahead of time if you need a very specific part, since not every item is necessarily available for immediate in-person consultation. Online orders can also be collected at the store, often the same day, depending on stock.

The business is at Milkhope Centre in Blagdon near Seaton Burn, north of Newcastle. Alongside in-person service, it offers free UK delivery on orders over £75, plus international shipping and a 30-day returns process subject to its terms. For professional customers, the combination of online ordering, local collection, and equipment advice can be especially useful when a component needs to match a particular arborist job.

Gustharts is a specialist resource for people working with trees and outdoor machinery, bringing protective gear, climbing equipment, forestry tools, and garden machines into one catalog. Its history since 1983 and authorized STIHL dealer status define the company, while in-store service gives customers a chance to ask about technical equipment. Before traveling for a specific replacement part, it is sensible to confirm availability with the business.
