The company warns that third-party adverts within those apps may use general-purpose data, that subscriptions to the music and video services are not included, and that voice and video calls are not covered by the unlimited social media data. To keep unlimited data active, you must have some general data left. Tethering to other devices retains the unlimited data benefits on the included apps.

The site showed a limited-time offer ending 30 September 2026: the £10 plan increased from 20GB to 60GB of general data, and the £15 plan, which includes unlimited social media, music and video data, increased from 35GB to 140GB. After that date, according to the published information, the £10 plan would revert to 20GB and the £15 plan to 25GB. A double rewards referral promotion was also advertised, running from 7 July to 7 October 2026, with gift cards worth up to £40 redeemable at Amazon, PayPal or Just Eat.
