Robert Meiklem, manager, has accumulated experience in the leisure and fitness sector since the age of 16, where he has worked as a gym attendant, class instructor, personal trainer, club manager and owner. Jo has been at the centre for six years, is a qualified class instructor (Spin, HIIT Cardio, Circuits, among others) and a level 3 personal trainer. Janey Barbieri handles the office and telephone enquiries, and combines her work with dressage riding. The centre presents itself as a friendly and accessible space, with in-person and office hours, and the possibility of appointments at other times and at weekends.
