Clarity of Sight is a holistic centre and crystal shop based in Milton Keynes, run by Penny Alterskye, Reiki Master and Teacher. The space combines therapeutic practice with the sale of crystals and esoteric products, and operates by appointment only, both for treatments and for shopping.

Professional therapies and services

The centre offers crystal healing, Reiki treatments and training, and reflexology through a CNHC-certified practitioner. Penny Alterskye has been teaching Reiki in Milton Keynes since 2008 and is a member of the Reiki Federation, the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the Angelic Reiki Association. Training and spiritual development workshops

The training programme includes Usui Reiki and Angelic Reiki courses, Anusha, crystal classes, colour therapy, angel classes and angelic therapy training, among others. Penny Alterskye is a Level 3 qualified teacher and delivers the Accredited Professional Reiki Diploma, in line with the National Occupational Standards for Reiki; according to the company, this is the first course of its kind in Milton Keynes. Annual non-residential retreats are also held in Linford Wood.

Crystal shop and esoteric products

The shop's catalogue includes tumbled stones, crystal balls, crystal eggs and hearts, keyrings, crystal packs, pendulums, rune stones, crystal skulls, crystal trees and wands, as well as angel and oracle cards, tarot cards, dream catchers, incense, sage and holders, candles, Buddha and Kwan Yin figures, feng shui items, music and bowls. Every item is personally selected by Penny Alterskye and cleansed and energetically charged before it reaches you. The shop operates as a retailer only and does not offer wholesale pricing.

Visits and appointments

Access to the centre is by appointment only, whether for a treatment session or to shop in the store. Requests are handled through the contact form, with a reply by email within 24 hours. During your visit, customers can have their picture taken with angel wings.

Informational publications

The centre maintains a blog with content on crystals and readings. Published topics include crystal recommendations for anxiety, such as amethyst, lepidolite and black tourmaline, and a guide to the uses of rose quartz. Angel card readings are also offered, in person or at a distance.
