Online design and artwork service

The company offers an online design editor that allows you to create jobs from scratch or upload your own artwork. It is available at any time and lets you work with shapes, colours, logos and your own photographs. For those who do not have artwork or prefer not to design, there is a low-cost artwork service for business cards, compliment slips and letterheads; according to the website, all design is done in house and nothing is printed until the customer is completely happy. The site also offers hundreds of editable predesigned templates.

Production and delivery times

The company's standard service prints and dispatches the next working day for orders placed before midnight. For tighter deadlines there is the SAMEDAY EXPRESS service: orders placed before 14:00 are printed the same day and delivered the next working day. Deliveries are made with DPD using a tracked and timed service, with a fixed cost of £3.95 per complete order for mainland UK; the rate may vary slightly for the Scottish Highlands and islands.

Pricing and purchasing tools

The website includes an online price calculator that lets you see the order amount before completing the purchase. The company presents its pricing model as easy and predictable. Some products state VAT included, such as desk pads.

myprint247 has a specific channel for businesses that resell printing, with its own information on how to operate in that case.
