First Choice Mobility

First Choice Mobility combines online sales with two Kent showrooms for people looking for equipment that supports everyday mobility. Its catalog ranges from scooters and wheelchairs to lift chairs, adjustable beds, walking aids, and daily living products. The company brings product guidance, parts, and servicing together under one retailer.

The scooter range distinguishes folding and travel models, 4-mph scooters for pavement use, and faster 6–8-mph road models, along with bariatric options.

Home equipment includes recliner and lift chairs, adjustable beds, and supportive seating. The range also includes walking aids, ramps, transfer products, wheelchair and scooter accessories, batteries, tires, and other replacement parts. That breadth can help customers look for both a primary piece of equipment and components that keep it in service.

The company has a parts and service department for scooters, wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, and some stairlift equipment. Its team says it can source parts from different manufacturers when customers cannot find a specific component. The listed services also include repairs, maintenance, scooter or wheelchair rentals, and support related to warranties and breakdowns.

The sales team says it starts with each user's needs and intended use. The company offers adapted or configurable products in areas such as bariatric seating, tilt-in-space seating, and power wheelchairs. For comparing options, the site publishes buying guides covering scooters, wheelchairs, rollators, batteries, and air travel with a disability.

First Choice Mobility sells to individuals and also handles orders from organizations. Its institutional purchasing page lists nursing and care homes, health care institutions, ambulance services, local government, the Red Cross, universities, and schools. Customers can order online or by phone, and the website publishes delivery terms for orders within mainland UK.

The Westbrook showroom is at 127 Canterbury Road, Margate CT9 5BD, while the Tankerton showroom is at 156 Tankerton Road, Whitstable CT5 3AW.

The two showrooms let customers see equipment before choosing, while the online store extends the catalog to parts and accessories that may not be on display. For someone comparing a chair or scooter or arranging a repair, the practical advantage is being able to pair product advice with a department that also handles replacement parts and servicing.
