One Way Drive, driving school in Thanet

One Way Drive is a driving school based in the Thanet area of Kent (United Kingdom). The driving school presents itself with a friendly service approach and realistic goals, aimed at helping students pass the test and drive safely in the shortest possible time. Its method combines coaching and teaching to build the student's confidence, help them recognise their strengths and accelerate their progress, always adapting the training to each person's individual needs.

Additional services for students

In addition to standard lessons, One Way Drive offers a set of complementary services aimed at different types of driver:

• Theory and hazard perception test preparation: provides free theory test papers, an app and software for computer.
• Pass Plus: a scheme which, according to the company, saves money because many insurance companies offer discounts to drivers who hold the Pass Plus certificate.
• Motorway driving lessons: cover all aspects of motorway driving, including how to deal with a breakdown.
• Refresher lessons: designed for those who haven't been behind the wheel for a while.

Coverage area

The driving school operates in Thanet, in the county of Kent, and covers the towns of Birchington-on-Sea, Westgate-on-Sea, Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs.

Training and working philosophy

The company stresses that all its training is based on the individual needs of the student and that its priority is for them to become a safe and responsible driver as quickly as possible. In the words of its founder, learning to drive is not just about getting a licence, but about acquiring an essential skill for life.
