BDPM Group Ltd: construction project management and procurement in the UK

BDPM Group Ltd is a British company specialising in project management and procurement solutions for the construction sector. Based in Maidstone (Kent), the company has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has supported more than 1,000 main contractors across the UK.

Its work covers projects valued from £5,000 to £10,000,000 and includes all trades within the construction sector. The company works with Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 contractors, and operates under various commercial arrangements, with payment terms ranging from 7 to 30 days.

Project management and procurement services

BDPM presents itself as a specialist project procurement partner and offers end-to-end support tailored to its clients' operational needs. Its services include sourcing subcontractors, procurement of materials, site establishment, land surveying and site management.

Services for main contractors and subcontractors

The company structures its offering into two main lines: one for main contractors and one for subcontractors. For the former, it covers project management needs from the pre-construction phase through to 360 turn key delivery. For the latter, it provides access to opportunities with some of the industry's leading contractors, creating links and partnerships that were previously out of reach.

In addition, BDPM has a supply chain of highly qualified and professional subcontractors, previously vetted, which supports its procurement solutions.

Other service lines

The company's website also advertises a Quantity Surveying (QS) service and a digital services line listed as coming soon.

Presence and clients

BDPM operates across the UK and its clients include Bizspace, which in a testimonial on the site highlights the team's efficiency and responsiveness on refurbishment and maintenance works at its southeast office.
