The infrastructure is distributed across three locations: London (United Kingdom), with connectivity to the LINX peering network; Falkenstein (Germany), within the Hetzner data centre; and Tampa (United States), in the Hivelocity data centre. The company offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all its plans. Business hosting, priced from £29.95 per month, is designed for demanding sites and applications, with expanded resources, hourly backups and PCI-compliant infrastructure. Cloud servers allow independently scalable resources and full root access; the Enterprise range of dedicated servers and the colocation service in the UK data centre complete the offering. In the domain area, Brixly manages more than 500 extensions, is a Nominet TAG holder, offers instant registration, DNS management and free domain privacy for UK domains.

Applications and migrations

The plans are optimised for WordPress and are compatible with more than 400 applications, including Node.js, Magento, WooCommerce and Joomla. The company's own migration service has moved more than 126,000 sites using the cPanel and WHM APIs, preserving accounts, packages, settings, mailboxes and passwords. The process is designed to be completed in minutes rather than days.
