Schengen Holidays

Schengen Holidays: visas and travel from London

Schengen Holidays Ltd is a UK-registered travel agency working with individual clients, families and groups travelling to Europe and other international destinations. Its activity combines visa processing with travel arrangements, so that clients can handle both their documentation and their itinerary through a single provider.

Visa assistance

The company offers support with applications for Schengen area visas and for other destinations such as the United States, Canada and Turkey. The service includes guidance on the application route, accompaniment at the visa centre, help booking an appointment, guidance on completing the form correctly and appointment confirmation. Higher-tier plans add a full document review, a personalised document checklist, professional cover letters, and guidance on the travel itinerary and travel insurance.

The agency itself states that visa decisions rest exclusively with the competent embassy, consulate or immigration authority, and that it cannot guarantee approval.

Processing plans

The site details four service tiers per applicant:

• Essential (£95): guidance on the application route and visa centre, appointment booking assistance, form guidance and appointment confirmation, with basic support.
• Complete (£149): includes the above plus full document review, personalised checklist, professional cover letter, itinerary and form guidance, and travel insurance advice.
• Premium (£229): adds priority appointment monitoring, earlier appointment requests where available, a dedicated visa consultant, enhanced document review, a bespoke professional cover letter and a detailed itinerary.
• Elite (£349): includes a dedicated senior case manager, priority appointment monitoring, requesting the earliest suitable appointment where available, complete document preparation and review, and advanced document consistency checks.

Holiday packages and destinations

In addition to visas, the agency sells holiday packages planned for Europe, the Schengen area, the United States, Canada, Dubai and Turkey, along with flight and hotel bookings, transfers and travel planning for businesses and groups. The website highlights more than 40 destinations and features its own recommendations for places such as Krabi (Thailand), Vatican City (Italy), Interlaken (Switzerland) and the Champ de Mars in Paris (France), each accompanied by its corresponding tourist visa guidance.
