London Filmed is an event production company that works for major international brands and operates across the UK and Europe. Its approach brings creativity, technical production and audiovisual content together under one team, so the client deals with a single point of contact from event conception through to final delivery. The company trades as UK Filmed Limited.
Production and technical support services
The service offering covers end-to-end production for live events, including conferences, exhibitions and brand activations. It also handles hybrid and virtual formats.
On the scenic side, London Filmed delivers stage, set and scenic design, fabrication and immersive physical and digital branded environments. It adds creative services including video production, editing, explainer videos, animation and photography.
Types of event it produces
The company lists conferences, exhibition production, launch events, award ceremonies, charity events and corporate parties among its regular formats.
Documented projects and collaborations
The site features a series of projects delivered with clients and partners. For the second year running, the team collaborated with FT Live at the World Economic Forum to design and produce the live studio ‘The Davos Daily Show’, with an alpine lodge feel, as well as capturing other events and content throughout the week. For All Saints, it worked on the SS26 Rocks runway show at the Tate Modern in London, documenting the set-up throughout the day.
Together with Gene Albury, it brought MICO’s ‘Internet Hometown Hero’ world tour to a virtual audience through live streaming on Twitch, with thousands of viewers tuning in. For the London Defence Conference 2026, it handled full production and streaming, broadcasting key sessions to Sky News and designing a bespoke backdrop and stage with fully integrated AV. At the launch of Legend, Robinhood’s new trading platform, it took part in an experiential brand activation with a custom-built branded booth installed at Waterloo station and live traders inside.
With IKEA Oxford Street, it developed an immersive digital studio inside the store to amplify its opening and connect with customers beyond traditional retail; the space operated as an event hub with daily shows, artist collaborations and interactive digital experiences. For Index Exchange, it brought its creative content studio to Cannes during Cannes Lions 2025, with a custom 5-panel set and a production team on hand to create marketing content throughout the festival.
Through its Smart Venue Partnership programme, it collaborated with EartH Hackney on ContentStack’s ContentCon 2025 event in London, providing in-room branding and streaming production alongside the venue’s in-house team. For StackAdapt’s first UK Conversion Summit, it delivered full production at Kachette, with bespoke branding, tailored AV and content capture including 3D renders, stage build, session filming, interviews and a highlights video.
Team and structure
The team brings together creative directors, set designers, technical engineers, AV specialists, project leads, account managers and video producers, all within one organisation. The company explains this mix of profiles by the need for real experience in every discipline and for collaboration from day one.
Plans and partnerships
Alongside project-based services, London Filmed offers its FLUX plans and runs a Smart Venue Partnership programme with venues.
