In March 2023 she launched her own staffing solutions project for temporary needs.

The management team is completed by Veronika Grozdanova, head of operations, with more than eight years in the sector and experience in short-term rental property management; Robert Popa, area manager, who joined as a welcome ambassador and has managed a site in Dublin with more than 100 units and currently oversees a block of more than 80 units and the company's sites in the UK; Angelica Irias, cleaning supervisor, who started as a cleaner; and Khei Maniquis, administrative support.
