Its catalogue is organised into major product families and ranges from underground drainage to wastewater and rainwater disposal, as well as water pipes and fittings for sanitation installations. The company states that it maintains a high level of stock to meet demand and offers delivery throughout the country from its depots.

For rainwater management it offers soakaway crates, ground grids and non-woven geotextile.

Commercial terms and logistics

The company advertises price matching: if the customer finds a lower price, they can contact them to have it matched. Delivery is free from £150 plus VAT, and the corresponding charge is calculated and automatically added to the basket before confirming the order. For orders placed before 14:00 on a working day, the company states that it aims to deliver the next working day.

Customer service is provided by email and telephone, with a freephone number and a company mobile. The website warns that, due to the high volume of orders, it is not always possible to answer calls immediately and recommends leaving a message on voicemail, with a commitment to return calls within two hours, or alternatively sending an email to receive a response in approximately one hour.
