How we work

The process is structured in four phases. In the first, the client shares the date, location and priorities, without needing to have every detail finalised. Then both parties agree on the coverage, key moments, interviews, deliverables and timeline before the shoot. On the day of the event, the team arrives prepared, works with the client's team and adapts as the day unfolds. Finally, the material is edited, delivered and client feedback is gathered.

The company also offers ongoing partnership agreements for organisations with several events a year, so that coverage is planned across the calendar and builds on prior knowledge of the organisation.

Delivery times

The delivery schedule is agreed before booking. According to published information, standard photo galleries are delivered within 5 working days for half-day coverage and within 7 working days for full-day coverage. Standard event recap videos take between 7 and 10 working days. Priority highlights and urgent deliveries are quoted separately.

Coverage and geographic scope

Based in London, the team covers events across the UK. For events outside London, the company requests the location in order to include travel and other requirements in the proposal.
