How the booking service works

The booking process is entirely online. The customer enters the collection and delivery postcodes, selects the van size and gets an instant price without needing phone calls. They then choose a date and time slot, add extra services such as packing or storage and confirm the booking. The company assigns a driver who arrives at the agreed time, loads the items and delivers them to the destination, with tracking available to know the van's location.
