The Milestone Hotel & Residences is a five-star establishment located in Kensington, in central London, opposite Kensington Palace and overlooking Kensington Gardens. It is part of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection and occupies a Grade II listed Victorian building, built in 1883, which originally housed three private residences of aristocratic families and has operated as a hotel since 1922. The red and white brick Kensington-style façade, original chequered marble floors, Victorian tiles, leaded windows and wood panelling are preserved as part of its architectural heritage.

Accommodation is spread across 43 deluxe rooms, 13 individually designed suites and six residences, the latter each with two or three bedrooms. The rooms are decorated with antique furniture, rich fabrics and original works of art. The hotel also offers family options, with bunk beds, teddy bear turndown service, interconnecting rooms and family dining, as well as group accommodation.

The dining offering includes Cheneston's restaurant, the Stables Bar — the building's former stables, now a classically styled bar with signature cocktails — and the Park Lounge, where traditional British afternoon tea is served. The hotel also offers breakfast, picnic hampers, family dinners and special menus for occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and the festive season. It also has The Oratory for private dining.
