Easymanuals is a company dedicated to selling workshop manuals in digital format. Its catalogue is organised by vehicle type — cars, commercial vehicles, classic cars and motorbikes — and also includes custom manuals based on the VIN number, as well as manuals for forklift trucks, construction vehicles and diagnostic tools. The company states that all manuals are constantly updated and that they are its own products, ad-free and available for instant download.

The range is structured into several product lines:

• Workshop manuals for cars, with featured selections from makes such as Audi, Ford, Jaguar, Land Rover and Volkswagen.
• Custom VIN manuals, tailor-made from the vehicle identification number.
• Manuals for commercial vehicles, covering Citroën, Ford, Mercedes, Peugeot, Renault and Volkswagen, and applicable to trucks, vans and excavators.
• Manuals for forklift trucks and construction vehicles.
• Manuals for classic cars, with makes such as Aston Martin, BMW, Mini and Volkswagen.

• Ultimate Collections, which group all models and all years of a make into a single package, with examples for Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Renault and Volkswagen.

Custom manuals from the VIN number

One of the company's distinctive services is the creation of custom manuals from the vehicle's VIN. According to testimonials on its website, a customer who provided their VIN number received a custom factory manual within 24 hours. The company presents this service as a way to obtain documentation that is exact and tailored to each specific vehicle.

Customer profile and technical support

Easymanuals targets its products at both professional mechanics and enthusiasts who maintain their own vehicles. The company states that it has a UK-based, university-educated technical support team, accessible through a ticket system that assigns a dedicated agent to each enquiry. It also offers download and installation guides, delivery information and a knowledge base to answer questions before and after purchase.
