NOVA Design & Build London: full property refurbishments and interior design in London

NOVA Design & Build London is a company based in the British capital dedicated to home renovation and interior design. Its work is aimed at homeowners seeking complete transformations of their homes, from full refurbishment of outdated properties to the creation of new spaces through extensions and loft conversions. The company states it has completed more than 200 projects and has over 15 years of experience in the sector.

Renovation and extension services

The company's service range covers four main areas:

• Full property refurbishment: complete transformation of properties into functional and sophisticated spaces.
• Loft conversions: making use of under-roof space to create everything from home offices to master suites, with solutions that add value and usable floor area.
• House extensions: design and construction of extensions that blend with the existing building and increase the property's functionality.
• Bathrooms and kitchens: design and installation of these spaces with an approach that combines aesthetics and practicality.

Working process

The company structures its projects in four phases. The first is an initial consultation in which the client's needs, design preferences and goals are gathered. The design team then prepares a bespoke plan that addresses both function and aesthetics. The third phase is execution, which includes material selection and supervision of the workforce. Finally, the finished result is presented to the client.

According to the company, each project has a dedicated project manager who acts as the single point of contact, is responsible for keeping to the planned schedule and for resolving any issues that arise during the works.

Experience with listed buildings and timelines

NOVA Design & Build London states it has experience in the renovation and restoration of listed buildings, complying with the legal and heritage requirements that such properties demand. As for timelines, the company indicates that these depend on the scope and complexity of the work: a full refurbishment can take several months, while installing a bathroom or a bespoke kitchen can be completed in a few weeks. The detailed quote is provided after the initial consultation.

Coverage and type of clientele

The company works with homeowners in London and the South East of England. Its focus is on high-end projects and bespoke designs, although the company notes that it works with all types of budgets and offers transparency in cost estimates.
