About SENZO Vine Street London
SENZO occupies 35 Vine Street between Aldgate and Tower Hill, beside remains of London's Roman wall. The brand began in 2016 and opened this City branch in 2023; its history should not simply be borrowed from another location. The contemporary interior incorporates the wall into the coffee stop, an urban counterpoint before a medieval fortress. Set back from the riverside, it requires a small detour if you approach along the Thames, but can offer a calmer pause than the immediate Tower area.
The official menu supports a full breakfast: a Full English with a vegetarian alternative, eggs Benedict or Royale, avocado toast, porridge, açaí, pancakes and speciality coffee. There is food for travellers wanting to sit down properly, as well as pastries and drinks for a shorter stop. This branch opens 08:00–16:30 Monday to Friday and 09:00–15:00 at weekends. That changes the decision if the Tower opens early on Saturday: the café does not open earlier to match the attraction. Its website says well-behaved dogs are welcome in certain areas.
The team's hospitality and coffee recur among the praise. Breakfast experiences are not unanimous: some visitors found a dish disappointing or the dining room more functional than inviting. That range suggests choosing it for its menu and time for brunch, not expecting every Full English to be memorable. If all you need is a drink and croissant by the tourist entrance, PAUL Three Quays saves a detour and opens earlier every day.
