Cool You

Cool You, fully internal air conditioning without an outdoor unit in London

Cool You is a London-based company specialising in fully internal air conditioning systems that operate without an outdoor condenser unit. Its offering is aimed at homes that cannot install an outdoor unit, such as flats, listed buildings and properties located in conservation areas. The company states that it has more than fifteen years of experience installing systems without an outdoor unit and thousands of installations completed in London.

Water-cooled systems and energy efficiency

The company installs water-cooled air conditioning systems, with A++ efficiency and R32 refrigerant. According to its presentation, these units provide powerful, quiet cooling without the need for an external unit, do not require planning permission and involve no changes to the exterior of the property. Installation is carried out by its own F-Gas certified engineers, with no subcontractors, and the company states that it can be completed in a single day. The systems include a six-year parts and labour warranty.

Solutions for flats, listed buildings and workspaces

Cool You serves both modern homes and older, protected buildings, including apartments, flats, houses, loft conversions and home workspaces. The company notes that it also offers solutions for light commercial premises. Its range includes water-cooled air conditioning systems, wall-mounted units and ducted systems. The company states that it can provide a solution for properties where residential air conditioning has been deemed impossible, whether due to lack of space or the building's protected status.

Working process and certifications

The process begins with an initial enquiry, continues with a site survey at the property and ends with installation. The company highlights that its installation teams are highly trained, professional, F-Gas certified and DBS checked. After installation, it offers a support service available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The company is led by Savva Zacharia, managing director and himself F-Gas qualified.

Case studies and reviews

The website shows case studies of installations and collects customer reviews on Trustpilot, where the company states it has a five-star rating. Featured testimonials include one from a customer who has had the system installed for three years and notes that it cools his entire flat in less than ten minutes. Cool You also publishes videos about its solutions and answers frequently asked questions.
