Lock Stock and Barrel Furniture

Mahogany and Walnut Reproduction Furniture

Lock Stock and Barrel Furniture is dedicated to the sale of antique-style reproduction furniture in fine woods, mainly mahogany and walnut. The company presents itself as a specialist in classic reproduction furniture and offers a broad catalogue aimed at furnishing different rooms of the home with traditionally inspired pieces.

The company's website organises its range by room, by type of furniture and by finish, making it quick to find complete sets or individual pieces within the same style line.

Catalogue by Room

The selection covers furniture for the bedroom, living room, dining room, office and bathroom. The bedroom range includes four poster beds, hand carved mahogany beds, sleigh beds, shabby chic French style beds, painted beds, bedside tables, chests of drawers, dressing tables, wardrobes and armoires, as well as mattresses, mirrors and stools. For the living room, there are bookcases, cabinets and sideboards, CD and DVD storage, chairs, coffee tables, console tables, lowboys, side and lamp tables, sofas and chaise longues, and TV stands. The dining room includes tables and chairs, sideboards, console tables and side tables. The office section comprises bookcases, bureau desks, filing cabinets, office chairs and computer desks. For the bathroom, vanity units are sold.

Finishes and Collections

In addition to mahogany and walnut, the catalogue includes painted furniture, weathered finishes and pieces with silver and gold details. The range is organised into named collections, including Antoinette, Bali, Belle French Weathered, Blenheim, Bobbin, Camille Weathered, Chatsworth, Coco, Eloise Weathered, Hampton, Hedonist, Hemingway, Ledbury, Loire Weathered, Louis Philippe, Lyon Weathered, Martinique Weathered, New York, Orchard, Pillar Living Room, Pillar Office, Rococo, Safari, Scandi, Serenity Bedroom, Sleigh, Spire Walnut and Winsor.

Timber Origin and Certification

The company states that its timber comes from managed plantations in Indonesia that are strictly controlled. It notes that exports of timber products from Indonesia to the European Union must comply with SVLK certification, so its containers carry a V-Legal Certificate demonstrating that the timber comes from legally harvested timber. The V-Legal logo appears on the furniture packaging. The company warns that furniture without the relevant certification could have been produced using illegally harvested timber.

Services and Purchase Terms

The website offers interest-free finance, telephone customer service, a newsletter and a special offers section. The catalogue showed discounts on several lines, such as 10% off mahogany furniture, the Camille Weathered bedroom, the Serenity French bedroom, the Loire Weathered bedroom and Bobbin beds, as well as up to 35% off walnut furniture. The company also offers a bespoke furniture service and publishes information on delivery, FAQs, finance, terms and conditions, privacy policy and a blog.
