Normans Cleaning

Normans Cleaning, exterior cleaning in Hull and East Yorkshire

Normans Cleaning is a family-run company providing exterior cleaning services to homes and properties in Hull and East Yorkshire. Its work focuses on restoring a cleaner, better-kept appearance to buildings through window, gutter, roof, driveway and other hard surface cleaning, as well as ongoing maintenance work. The company presents itself as a specialist in exterior cleaning in the area and serves both private homeowners and landlords and property managers.

Window cleaning with frames and sills included

Normans Cleaning's window cleaning service is not limited to the glass: the company states that it also cleans frames and sills, in materials such as wood, vinyl or aluminium, to remove the dirt other cleaners leave behind. This work is included at no extra cost, according to the published information. The company has six window cleaners trained in traditional hand squeegee use and four pure water van-mounted systems, reflecting an operational structure geared to meeting demand in the area.

Roof cleaning with biocide treatment

Normans Cleaning has a specific team, trained and specialised in roof cleaning. The company describes its work as transforming aged roofs, covered in moss or stained by algae, into surfaces with a renewed appearance, using safe, proven methods that restore the roof's appearance and integrity without the need to replace it. According to its presentation, nearly 80% of roofs deemed "in need of replacement" can be saved with a thorough professional clean. Every clean finishes with a biocide treatment that kills remaining spores and comes with a three-year certificate guaranteeing protection against the regrowth of moss, algae and other organisms.

Other exterior cleaning services

In addition to windows and roofs, the company offers gutter cleaning, driveway cleaning and exterior property care. In total, the firm states it provides eight additional exterior cleaning services, extending its offer beyond glass. The work is aimed at those seeking both one-off cleaning and regular maintenance of the exterior surfaces of the property.

Volume of activity and service approach

The company states it cleans 900 homes per month, a growing figure, and stresses that its work is supported by trained cleaning teams and professional systems designed to deliver consistent service. Its operating principles include attention to detail — from frames and sills to hard-to-reach areas — knowledge of the properties and weather conditions of Hull and East Yorkshire, and a commitment to treating every property with care.

Customers and how to hire

Normans Cleaning works with homeowners, landlords and property managers who need reliable exterior cleaning services. The company states that the process begins with an enquiry in which the customer explains what type of exterior cleaning they are interested in, and from there they are advised on the right options for their property.
