Corvée Property Services

Based in Kettering, Corvée Property Services has worked in heating and plumbing across Northamptonshire since 1983. The company handles both one-off repairs and larger installations or renovations, a range that can take a job from a faulty boiler to a bathroom refit involving several trades.

For heating, its team installs, services, and repairs boilers, and upgrades central-heating systems, pipework, and controls. The company says its engineers are Gas Safe registered for gas work and offers no-obligation quotes for larger projects. When a breakdown occurs, it aims to attend within 24 hours; timing depends on the urgency and the schedule.

The service range also includes heat pumps and other renewable installations. Corvée says it is MCS certified and presents these systems as an option for households considering a change to their heating setup. Rather than limiting the job to installation, the company describes a process of assessing the property, preparing a quote, and coordinating the work so customers understand the main decisions before a project begins.

On the plumbing side, the company takes on emergency problems as well as routine repairs in kitchens, bathrooms, and water systems. Its services include leak, pipe, and drain diagnosis, along with maintenance. Corvée serves homeowners, landlords, and businesses, so a job can range from a single repair to scheduled work across a property.

Bathroom design and installation is another substantial part of the business: full renovations, bath-to-shower conversions, accessible bathrooms, level-access showers, and wet rooms. Corvée says it coordinates plumbing, tiling, and other installation work from planning through handover, giving customers one team to manage the project.

The company publishes a two-year guarantee on new heating systems and a 12-month guarantee on repairs. For boiler installations, bathrooms, and heating upgrades, it offers free visits and quotes with no obligation to proceed. These details help customers compare a complete renovation with an immediate repair, while the final scope and terms are set out in each proposal.

From Kettering, Corvée serves Northamptonshire, including Corby, Wellingborough, Northampton, Rushden, Oundle, and Market Harborough, as well as nearby communities. Its profile may suit people looking to coordinate heating, hot water, and home improvements with a regional company; availability for a specific job can be confirmed when arranging a visit or quote.
