About Chris Parry Handmade Memorial Jewellery

Handmade memorial jewellery by Chris Parry in Kent

Chris Parry is a jeweller with more than twenty-five years dedicated to creating bespoke memorial jewellery. He works from his workshop in a quiet village in Kent, United Kingdom, alongside a small team, and produces every commission individually, with no industrial production lines. His speciality is pieces made from cremation ashes, fingerprints, handprints, locks of hair and pet paw prints.

Materials and commissioning process

The pieces are made in recycled sterling silver, 9ct and 18ct gold and platinum, materials chosen for their durability and their vocation to become heirlooms. The process begins when the client places an order: the company sends a secure collection pack for a teaspoon of ashes or a lock of hair. The inclusions are handled in the Kent workshop with care and dignity, and do not leave it until they become the chosen piece. Any unused ashes are returned along with the finished work, presented in a box and sent by insured, tracked post.

Memorial jewellery catalogue

The catalogue includes rings, pendants, beads and charms, earrings and bracelets made with cremation ashes, as well as rings, pendants and cufflinks with fingerprints. It also offers worn relic pendants, star jewellery pieces and a selection of rings covering engagement, eternity and wedding designs, plus earrings, bangles and gift options. The company also sells original oil paintings, canvas prints and frames.

Jewellery and repair services

In addition to memorial creation, Chris Parry undertakes bespoke commissions, such as handmade engagement rings, inscriptions and jewellery remodelling. He provides jewellery repair services, ring resizing and ring repairs, with repair coverage in Kent areas such as Gravesend, Dartford, Longfield, Swanley and Sevenoaks. He also offers in-person appointments and advice on jewellery care and choosing the colour of metal.

Guarantee and commitment to the client

The company declares a 180-day refund guarantee: if the client is not completely satisfied, it undertakes to adjust the piece, remake it or give a full refund. This policy has formed part of its service proposition for years and is presented as a lasting commitment to every commission.
