Mullein & Co., organic mullein tea with UK shipping

Mullein & Co. is an online store specialising in organic, caffeine-free, non-GMO mullein tea. The company presents itself as a brand that revives the traditional use of this plant in European traditions and sells one main product: European-sourced mullein leaves packed in the United Kingdom.

A catalogue focused on mullein

The product at the heart of the range is organic mullein tea. According to the store's information, it is made exclusively with 100% organic mullein leaves, with no mixed grades or added ingredients. The company states that the raw material comes from the European Union and that packaging is carried out in the United Kingdom, with full traceability and organic certification.

It is presented in biodegradable fine-mesh pyramid tea bags, designed to reduce waste and improve the infusion. The brand notes that production is carried out in small batches to preserve freshness and quality.

Production process

The store describes a three-stage method: mullein leaves are hand-picked at their peak potency and selected for quality and flavour; they are then air-dried to preserve the plant's natural oils and therapeutic properties; finally, they are packed into biodegradable tea bags ready for brewing.

Recommended preparation

The website's instructions list four steps: place one tea bag in the cup and add hot water at 95°C; let it steep for 4 to 5 minutes; remove the tea bag and enjoy. The company suggests breathing in the vapours while drinking the tea.

Shipping, payment and returns

The store states that standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days, while express shipping is delivered in 1 to 2 business days. At the time of analysis, the company only delivered within the United Kingdom and did not offer international shipping.

Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The returns policy is 30 days, provided the items are in their original condition. Orders can be modified or cancelled within the first hour after they are placed; after that period, the company asks customers to contact its customer service team. Once the order has shipped, the customer receives a tracking number by email.
