My Toilet Spares

My Toilet Spares, toilet and cistern spares in the United Kingdom

My Toilet Spares is a British retailer dedicated to the sale of replacement parts and spares for toilets, cisterns and bathroom taps. Its catalogue is organised around specific components — seats, hinges, buffers, flush mechanisms, inlet valves, push plates, syphons and seals — and the main brands in the sanitaryware sector. The company operates from its warehouse in Hull and sells through its online store, with telephone and email support.

Catalogue of toilet and cistern spares

The range is divided into several product families. In the seats and covers section, the shop sells toilet seats, cistern lids, seat buffers and hinges, as well as fixing kits. In the cistern section, the catalogue includes flush mechanisms, inlet or float valves, push plates, syphons and levers, seals and diaphragms. It also has a specific section for tap and shower spares, with cartridges, seals and replacement parts from brands such as Aqualisa, Bristan, Dornbracht, Franke, Geberit, Grohe, Hansgrohe, Hudson Reed, Ideal Standard, Mira, Porcelanosa, Ramon Soler and Villeroy & Boch.

The catalogue is completed with broader bathroom products: toilets and bathroom suites, wash basins and pedestal basins, shower trays, baths, bathroom furniture, mirrors, tiles and wall coverings, as well as plumbing accessories. The shop states that it offers wholesale prices and a deals and clearance section.

Part identification and customer support

The website includes tools to locate the right replacement part, such as a toilet seat finder by measurements and a help section for identifying spares. It also publishes content on common toilet problems and how to fix them, with the aim of guiding the customer before purchase. The company warns that seats must be thoroughly checked before installation, as it accepts no liability for dents or cracks discovered after fitting.

Service and sales

My Toilet Spares serves its customers by telephone and email, and offers instant messaging via WhatsApp. The online store allows customers to manage their account, wishlist and orders, and has a blog with technical information and repair guides. Its audience includes both individuals and trade professionals, to whom its wholesale pricing proposal is aimed.
