Skirlington Coast, a family holiday park on the Yorkshire coast

Skirlington Coast is a family holiday park located on the Yorkshire coast in the United Kingdom and is part of the Unity Holidays group, which operates other parks such as Unity Beach in Somerset and Seven Lakes in Lincolnshire. The park presents itself as a destination to enjoy the sea air, wide beaches and the region's natural surroundings.

Accommodation and stay options

The accommodation offer includes self-catering static caravans, lodges and accessible hot tub lodges. Pets are also allowed in certain accommodations. For those travelling with their own vehicle, the park has camping areas and pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents, with seasonal pitches available.

Activities and entertainment

The park has undergone an extensive refurbishment that has added new facilities and activities. Outdoor options include a waterpark, an outdoor lido, a dog agility park, archery, disc golf, rifle shooting and axe throwing. These activities are led by instructors and are suitable for beginners and experienced participants.

The entertainment programme includes daytime children's activities and evening shows, with tribute acts, quizzes, bingo and karaoke. The park also organises themed breaks, such as country and western music weekends, musical decades, sports events and group stays.

Food and drink and on-site services

The food and drink offer includes the Wonky Donkey pub, which serves traditional dishes, and the Pavilion Theatre, where you can share a pizza while enjoying the show. The park also has a well-stocked shop and other facilities to cover visitors' daily needs.

Group bookings and offers

For large groups, the park asks that you contact the team directly by email at groups@unityholidays.co.uk to organise the booking and secure the right space. The website shows special offers and promotions, as well as the option to book with a £25 deposit and pay the rest in instalments, with the balance to be paid eight weeks before arrival.

Caravan and lodge ownership

Skirlington Coast also offers the possibility of purchasing a static caravan or lodge. Owners enjoy advantages such as site fees fixed for three years, privilege passes, exclusive events and the option to sublet their accommodation through Unity Holidays to earn extra income.

Surroundings and location

The park is located on the Yorkshire coast, a region that combines sandy beaches, hills and historic towns. The location allows you to explore the area's tourist attractions, although the park does not detail distances or specific destinations in the available information.
