The Frame Company: custom and standard photo and picture frames

The Frame Company is a British online store dedicated to selling photo and picture frames, with a catalogue that combines custom-made options and standard sizes. The company sells its products through its website and offers telephone support for enquiries and orders.

Frames and mirrors catalogue

The catalogue is organised into several main categories. The frames section includes the Classic, Wooden, Rustic, Box, Multi-Aperture, Modern, Ornate and Canvas ranges. It also has a line of mirrors with Classic, Wooden, Rustic and Ornate finishes, and a framed art section. In addition, the store offers mounts and complementary items within its Sundries section.

Customisation: colours and sizes

The colour range is wide and spans from classic tones such as black, white, gold, silver, walnut or oak, to more specific finishes such as copper, bronze, champagne, emerald green, pale pink or ocean blue. Many models include variants with mounts or backing boards in different colours, allowing the frame to be adjusted to the style of each image.

As for sizes, the catalogue covers from small formats such as 5x3.5 inches up to large formats such as 40x30 inches, including standard paper sizes A4, A3, A2 and A1, square formats and double-aperture options to hold more than one photograph.

Commercial terms

The store offers free shipping on orders over £50. For larger purchases, the site indicated tiered discounts: 10% on orders over £100, 20% on orders over £250 and further discounts for orders over £1000. Also, at the time of analysis, a promotional code, SAVE10, was advertised, applying a 10% discount sitewide for a limited time.

The company provides a freephone number for enquiries and orders, and maintains customer service hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
