Parkway Parking

Parkway Parking, Heathrow Airport parking

Parkway Parking is a British company dedicated to parking vehicles for travellers using Heathrow Airport. The company presents itself as a trusted firm in the sector, with over 15 years of experience and a service focused on customer convenience. Parkway Parking is the trading name of NK Services, a company registered in England and Wales.

Meet and greet parking service

The operating model is structured in three steps: book, park and fly. Once the booking is received, the company awaits the customer's arrival on the agreed day. The user parks in the short stay car park and hands the key to one of the drivers waiting at the entrance. On return, they collect the key from the desk and continue their journey.

While the customer is away, the vehicle is moved to a secure parking compound. The company records the mileage on arrival and takes photographs of the car. The transfer is carried out by a DBS-checked driver, according to the company itself.

Price guarantee and transparency

Parkway Parking states that it continuously reviews prices to ensure competitive rates. Its commitment, called the Parkway Promise, establishes that if the customer finds the same offer at a lower price within 24 hours of booking, the company will match the lower price, provided the product is equivalent and comes from another trusted British company.

The company emphasises that it operates with transparency and that the care of the vehicle, from key handover to its return, is a priority.

Customer service

The customer service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including bank holidays.
