The complex includes a single-storey manufacturing unit with a furniture-making wood shop, its own polishing shop, upholstery workshop and cutting and sewing workshop, as well as its own fleet of vehicles. At the front of the building there is a two-storey office block, and the whole is situated within a secure, self-contained site.
