Hampton Manor is a 45-acre hotel and estate located in Hampton-in-Arden, in the heart of Warwickshire (United Kingdom). The complex, arranged around a walled garden, brings together 24 bedrooms, two award-winning restaurants, a cookery school, an artisan bakery and a manor house for meetings and events. The estate runs entirely on 100% renewable energy.

Dining: Grace & Savour and Kynd

The dining offering is divided between two distinct concepts. Grace & Savour offers a distinguished fine dining experience with one Michelin star. Kynd serves rustic-style feasts cooked over fire. The manor house completes the offering with private spaces for meals and celebrations.

Accommodation in three distinct settings

Accommodation is organised in three ways: the reimagined manor house, the immersive garden suites and a four-bedroom cottage overlooking the walled garden. Garden stays include access to the Manor House every morning until midday.

The rhythm of the house

The estate offers a series of experiences to complement your stay. At 3pm there is a vinyl and cake session; at 4pm, an informal wine tasting; and at 11am, a meet-the-maker session with the estate's chefs, bakers and gardeners. These activities are complimentary for direct bookings in the Manor House. Stays in the walled garden and the cottage begin with an alternative welcome at 3pm, but include the wine tasting and the meet-the-maker session.

Cookery school, bakery and experiences

The cookery school, with views over the walled garden, hosts regular workshops where cooking techniques and the artisan crafts linked to the estate's restoration are shared. The artisan bakery is open to both guests and visitors, who can buy products, book treatments or take part in seasonal workshops.

Private events and weddings

The estate has spaces for private events and celebrations, including weddings, which take place in the setting of the manor house and the walled garden.

History and sustainability

Since 2008, the Hill family has driven the revival of this historic estate. The project combines renewable energy, traditional crafts, regenerative farming, sustainable uniforms and homegrown produce. The estate has fast electric vehicle charging, powered by certified renewable energy.

Accessibility and surroundings

This is a historic estate with structural limitations, although two bedrooms have been adapted and step-free access has been provided to the main public areas, including the restaurants. Hampton-in-Arden has direct trains from London (under two hours) and from Birmingham (14 minutes); the estate is about a seven-minute walk from the station. It is also three miles from Birmingham International airport and rail station, with taxi or train service to the door.
