The business presents itself as one of the highest-rated independent clairvoyant readers in the UK, with hundreds of verified five-star reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot and Google, as well as celebrity testimonials. Reading and personal development services

The service catalogue combines card reading with coping strategies and, at times, homework. The business describes its readings as more than a psychic consultation: they include practical guidance for daily life.

• Clairvoyant tarot readings: personalised sessions that can be done in person, by webcam, or by telephone.
• Mental Magic: a unique sound healing technique combining hypnotherapy, guided meditation, and music therapy, aimed at people with anxiety, depression, or overthinking, and those seeking a mental edge for success.
• Past life regression: exploration of past lives to understand their influence on the present and facilitate personal progress.
• Relationship guidance: neutral support to explore love, family, friendship, intimacy, heartbreak, and difficult relationships, as a standalone session or integrated into a tarot reading.
• Psychic career and business development coaching: a process combining psychic reading with strategy to help entrepreneurs, artists, and professionals navigate their path. The business states it can be delivered swiftly, sometimes in just 15 minutes.
• Writing support: advice for writing or the "Write Your Life Right" programme for therapeutic purposes, backed by the founder's experience as a Koestler Award-winning author.
