My Beautiful Kitchen and Bathroom

My Beautiful Kitchen and Bathroom: bespoke kitchens with showrooms in Scotland

My Beautiful Kitchen and Bathroom is a family-run company based in Glasgow that designs, supplies and installs bespoke kitchens and bathroom projects. Its approach combines the work of degree-qualified interior designers with its own installation teams, and it presents itself as a competitively priced alternative to other showrooms, with a fixed quote and no payment for installation until the customer is satisfied.

Showrooms in four cities

The company operates four showrooms in Scotland: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling and Ayr. In them it displays complete kitchens set up in real-sized spaces, with furniture, appliances, flooring, lighting and accessories, so that customers can see the result before deciding. According to the website, most appointments are completed in around an hour and the quote is provided within that same time, free of charge and with no obligation.

Design, quote and installation

The service includes free design, plans and a price estimate. The degree-qualified interior designers work directly with the customer, and the installation teams manage the project with quick completion times. The company offers a fixed quote for the products and does not charge for installation until the work is finished and the customer is happy.

Kitchen and bathroom catalogue

The project catalogue is organised by styles and layouts: modern kitchens, traditional kitchens, L-shaped, U-shaped, with island and with breakfasting area. It also includes bathroom projects and a selection of featured makeovers. The company sells kitchen packages with published prices, called Arran, Barra, Cumbrae and Danna, and offers a downloadable brochure with additional information.

At-home design service

In addition to showroom consultations, the company provides an at-home design service in areas of Edinburgh such as Corstorphine, Blackhall, Queensferry, Morningside, Stockbridge, Marchmont, Newhaven and Polwarth.

Profile and customer relationship

The company defines itself as a family business guided by the values of honesty, integrity and customer service. It publishes videos of completed projects and video reviews from customers, and keeps open channels for collaboration with installers and designers who want to work with it.
