Boiler Central: buy boilers online with next-day installation

Boiler Central is a UK platform specialising in the online sale of new boilers and their replacement, with nationwide coverage and a process that is handled entirely online. The company presents its service as an alternative without aggressive salespeople, with fair, fixed and final prices, and with the option to finance the purchase with no deposit.

How the purchase and installation process works

The system is structured in three steps. First, the customer answers a series of simple questions about their home, such as the number of baths and showers available, in a questionnaire that the company estimates takes about twenty seconds. Next, the website shows a selection of boilers suitable for that home, from which the user chooses a model and installation date according to their budget. Finally, a certified Gas Safe local engineer arrives at the property on the chosen date, between 8am and 10am, with the equipment and expertise needed to get the new boiler up and running.

Boiler catalogue and brands

The range covers different types of boiler: combi, system, condensing, conventional and electric. Among the brands the platform sells are Worcester Bosch, Alpha, Viessmann, Vaillant, Glow Worm, Ideal and Baxi. The company highlights that it allows you to buy a Which? Best Buy boiler online.
